Placing an Order
Once an order has been placed through La Plus Belle website, the customer will receive a confirmation email from us with an overview of her order. Said email will contain the order number, along with all the other details regarding the order.
In case of missing/incomplete information, our customer service team member will contact the customer in order to complete the missing data so we can start processing the order immediately.
Delivery Within State of Kuwait
Orders processing and delivery within 24 hours.
Shipping cost is as follow:
1. 24H Delivery: 2.5 KWD
2. Free Delivery: Orders of 40 KWD or more
Delivery Time:
1. Standard orders placed after 3 PM Will automatically get delivered next day
To avoid any unnecessary delay, please make sure you fill out the shipping address details to completion, as well as add an available contact number when placing your order.
How can I check my delivery status?
You can check your order status and track the delivery of your order through My Orders tab, from your Account Menu inside La Plus Belle App or through the delivery message link sent on the registered number for real time tracking.
